 | Description: | Max is the clever and shrewd leader of the Goddesses. Black hair, brown eyes – turning heads and breaking men's hearts everywhere. Has the name tag of a unknown boy tattooed on the back of her head, in Chinese. Devoted vegetarian. |
| Def Moment: | A group of white boys used to hang around on the corner of her block, shouting obscenities after her when she walked home. An old lady living across the street often witnessed it, and called the police one day. They came and booked the lot, as they were also dealing drugs. A week later, somebody torched the apartment of the old lady. Max swore she would never quietly accept drugs or racism in her neighborhood again. | |
| Swift: Clever: Tough: | Secret / Rumor: | Committed to a cause, but also a bit shallow but mainly very, very cute. She's looking for true love and tenderness on the block, and don't like to be asked when she's coming home.. |

Diva
 | Description: | Diva is the über-fashionista of the Goddesses. Looks can deceive - and they certainly do in her case. She's definitely not dumb, just very en vogue. Clashing colors and styles that went out of fashion several months ago – Diva knows, and will point it out. A real knockout doll and an expert on appearances – but also very well versed in relationships. From personal experience, of course – books are only read if compulsory. She's a great friend, and not judgmental – even if you're not wearing Dolce & Gabanna jeans with that cashmere sweater. |
| Def Moment: | Granma wanted her to become a nice Jewish goyl, so she spent all her vacations being taught family traditions – oy vey! Until she ran away – and only came back because they promised not to force her anymore, and let her do her own thing. | |
| Swift: Clever: Tough: | Secret / Rumor: | "Shop-a-Holic" – probably the nicest thing envious people say about her. Just because she's very conscious about what she wears and uses. What they don't know is she sometimes cries when she's alone – afraid of the dark and afraid of always being alone. |
| Ambition: | Anything worth doing is worth overdoing. |
Luzia
 | Description: | Luzia is a cat girl. Everything in her life evolves around cats – she has cat slippers, cat tshirts, cat embroideries on trousers, cat porcelain figurines....everything except a real cat. Her brother became allergic to a.o. cats after being exposed to toxic chemicals in clothes as a baby. She reads Rilke – in German, which she also speaks fluently thanks to her mother. Her dad is Hispanic. |
| Def Moment: | She went to a fancy boarding school for 7 years – because her dad wanted her to have “the best formal education money can buy”. She missed her family and friends every day – and swore she would never chose a career or anything in life again that would prevent her from being with the people she loves. | |
| Swift: Clever: Tough: | Secret / Rumor: | There are certain pictures circulating on the web. They're a bit grainy, but the person on the photo is just wearing an old pyjama. How these photos were taken, who took them, why....all very uncertain, but there's little doubt as to who the person on the photos is. And even though Luzia has tried to have them deleted when possible, she is heartbroken whenever somebody says they saw her in this embarrassing outfit. |
| Ambition: | Wants to be an astronaut, and the first woman on Mars. Only because some stupid guy said she'd never go into space. As her grandpa used to say: ”As long as you reach for the stars, it's okay if you only land on the Moon!” |
Delia
 | Description: | Delia colored her hair purple after hearing one of her mum's old CDs with Prinze. She's a bit retro. She's tall, soft spoken – and packs a punch if you cross her. She's convinced she's either an alien or a mutant – she feels totally out of place on this globe and in this age. But she offers excellent advice on challenges none of the others know how to handle. Interplanetary, perhaps she's not really – extraordinary, absolutely. Hates what people forgets our environment. Magic and loss – she knows all there is to know about that. |
| Def Moment: | Never knew her dad. Or rather – cannot remember him. He died when she was only three years old. She used to write letters to him when she was younger – and burn them in the chimney, convinced that he would be receiving them in heaven that way. | |
| Swift: Clever: Tough: | Secret / Rumor: | She has a tattoo – it's impossible to read what it says. And she cannot remember when or where she had it made. |
| Ambition: | Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, nor Hell a fury like a woman scorned. |
Heidi
 | Description: | Heidi is an exchange student from Munich. Her dad works in shipping, and gets sent on business assignments with regular intervals. So Heidi adapts easily – she shops locally, but is broad minded and knows the world. She can always supply the kind of knowledge you can't read in books, because she learned by doing. She is basically a happy person – but she has issues with food, caused by insecurity about when she will be forced to move again. So food is sometimes a comfort, and sometimes a punishment. She tries to hide this weakness, but her true friends know. |
| Def Moment: | A man Heidi didn't know rang the door bell one day, asking for her dad. Showing her braces in a big smile that reached all the way to her crystal blue eyes, she said he had left for office an hour earlier. The man believed her and left, after asking for her dad's work address, which she gave him. Her Dad was upstairs - but instinctively Heidi knew she had to lie convincingly every now and then, or there would be consequences. She is a lot smarter than people think, and she can lie with even more persuasion now, when necessary. | |
| Swift: Clever: Tough: | Secret / Rumor: | What nobody knows is that Heidi's dad is in a witness protection program, so the whole family needs to relocate often. An unexpected event will test the true value of the relationship between the Goddesses at some point soon. |
| Ambition: | Good grief! Another increase in the number of things I know absolutely nothing about... |
Rose
 | Description: | Rose is the youngest of the Goddesses. Fiery redhead – wild and untamed, but laughs easily. Unimpressed by appearance, likes substance over style – especially when it comes to boys. Used to have a mohawk, tried braids...oh well, everyone makes mistakes! |
| Def Moment: | Once a boyfriend double crossed her – with her best friend, even! Cannot stand infidelity, insincerity and fake posers. Stay loyal to her, and you have a (girl)friend 4ever! | |
| Swift: Clever: Tough: | Secret / Rumor: | She has a walk-in closet, half filled with shoes, mostly sneakers. It's a shoe fetish or something – nobody's perfect. Anyway, some guys think Rose is secreted and close-lipped. Is she? |
