In order to create a Gedda-Headz account, you will need to have the Gedda-Headz Client (free download) on your mobile phone.

You have two options to download:

• Directly on your mobile phone by visiting en.gedda-headz.mobi though your mobile phones web browser.
• Download the free client onto your computer, and then send the client file from your computer to your mobile over bluetooth or cable. Visit the download page for more info.

When you first start up the Gedda-Headz application on your mobile phone, you will be asked to login using an existing account, or create a new account.
Click 'Create Account', then choose a Username and a Password you can remember, and your ready to play!

The Gedda-Headz Client can be used 100% for free!

The Gedda-Headz Client requires internet connection to communicate with the GH servers in order to create your first account, or to log in to an existing account.

Features like playing in the Online Arena with others around the world, checking your friends progress or visiting the Global Rankings etc, also requires connection to the internet, but only per usage.
Not all features requires internet connection, and you can still play Bluetooth games with your friends and check out your Headz collection on your mobile without being connected at all.

If you have a 3G (UMTS, EDGE, HSDPA) flat rate data plan for your mobile phone, or if your mobile phone supports and is connected to a WiFi hotspot (WLAN), then you can use all features of the Gedda-Headz Client without worrying about cost. If you do not have any of the above, or otherwise access to free internet on your mobile phone, you can instead use the Gedda-Headz Bridge application (aka the GH-Bridge).

The GH-Bridge software is a free download for your PC, that allows you to connect your mobile phone to your computer over bluetooth and thereby allowing your mobile to have free internet access through your computers internet connection. Simple but smart!

This allows you to use all features of Gedda-Headz at its fullest, without worrying about extra costs. The GH-Bridge and more info on what it can do for you, can be found in the GH-Bridge download section.

Gedda-Headz is free to use if you have a flat rate data plan or if your mobile phone is connected to a WiFi (WLAN) network, or if your are using the free GH-Bridge software to provide you with the internet connection.
However if you dont have or dont want to use these, but still want to use the online features while on the move, then it all depends on your mobile phone plan.

The Gedda-Headz application is greatly optimized to use as little data transfer as possible, when using the online features. The application will always give the user a warning and ask for permission before it can connect to the internet, so you always know whats happening.

Testing the Gedda-Headz application shows that about one hour of playtime in the Online Arena (3-4 minutes per game), costs about the same as sending 2-3 sms's, using most common data plans.
